I shop at this store as I work at the home co centre. Service is not always great but I have managed to get Shashi the last couple of times. What a lovely lady, her customer service is outstanding, she is willing to help and nothing is a bother Keep her as she is definitely an asset to your company !

Thank you Spotlight for an amazing service. Shout out to TJ who assisted us and made this dream curtains to happen. There was a mistake with the cashier because she didn't scan the right barcode for 4 pairs but I was able to swap it today. The return is very smooth. We are very happy with the service.

I just wanted to tell you about the wonderful service I received from a lady named Aleaha at cranbourne. She spoke to me with assistance and design ideas and then I went In to purchase and she helped me collect all the items I need Great job Aleaha (sorry for poor spelling)

I put in an order with Spotlight for doona covers with hope they would arrive before Christmas. Initial notification said it would be after Christmas, This was followed up by a notification telling me they would arrive within 48 hours.. I noticed they were sent by Auspost from Bayswater.. I was thrilled to get them so soon, and now look forward to giving one of the doona covers to my unsuspecting granddaughter who had shown me which one she planned to buy in the new year when she could better afford it.. As for the Cranbourne store.. it is smaller than some, but generally has the stock I need … I like their members promotions. It is good encouragement to buy from there.. thank you

I had a wonderful experience at Spotlight Cranbourne today. I purchased a sewing machine, which was very heavy, and I was struggling to carry it to my car. Chloe, who was working as a cashier, went above and beyond to help me by carrying the sewing machine all the way to my car. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made my day. Thank you to Chloe and the Spotlight Cranbourne team for such excellent customer service. I really appreciate the support and would happily shop here again.

I’d like to give a huge thank you to Aaliyah from the party section at Spotlight Cranbourne Homemaker Centre. On one of the busiest balloon pick-up days, she went above and beyond to help me with a balloon arrangement I urgently needed this morning. Despite the rush, she stayed calm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was prepared perfectly and on time. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my request truly stood out. Customer service like this makes all the difference, and she is a real credit to the team.
